How can I track my package?

You can use your MySatco account to view shipping tracking information, request tracking notifications and obtain proof of delivery. Satco uses FedEx and UPS to ship our products out to you.

To Find Your Tracking Information
    1.    Sign in to MySatco.
    2.    From the dashboard, click Order Inquiry.
    3.    Click on the Order # in question to view its details.
    4.    Your tracking number will be listed under Tracking Info.

To Request Notifications (FedEx)
You can choose to be notified of the status of your shipment via email:
    1.    Go to your MySatco Order Inquiry page, as described above.
    2.    Click on the Order # in question to view its details. 
    3.    Click on the tracking number next to Tracking Info.
    4.    You will be redirected to FedEx Tracking.
    5.    Click on the Request Notifications button.

To Obtain Proof of Delivery (FedEx)
You can view detailed proof of delivery information and an image of the recipient’s signature.
    1.    Go to your MySatco Account Inquiry, as described above.
    2.    Click on the Order # in question to view its details.
    3.    Click on the tracking number next to Tracking Info.
    4.    You will be redirected to FedEx Tracking.
    5.    Click on the Obtain Proof of Delivery button.

To Request Notifications (UPS)
You can choose to be notified of the status of your shipment via email:
    1.    Go to your MySatco Order Inquiry page, as described above.
    2.    Select the Invoice # in question by clicking the link. 
    3.    Click on the Tracking Info: Track Number link.
    4.    You will be redirected to UPS Tracking.
    5.    Click on the Notify me with Updates button.

To Obtain Proof of Delivery (UPS)
You can view detailed proof of delivery information and an image of the recipient’s signature.
    1.    Go to your MySatco Account Inquiry, as described above.
    2.    Click on the Order # in question to view its details.
    3.    Click on the tracking number next to Tracking Info.
    4.    You will be redirected to UPS Tracking.
    5.    When the shipment has been delivered, you can click on the Proof of Delivery link.
